Report abuse

MapleDeploy takes abuse, copyright infringement, and illegal activity seriously. If you believe a server hosted on our platform is being used for abusive purposes, please report it using the information below.

How to submit a report

Send an email to abuse@mapledeploy.ca with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Description of the alleged abuse
  • URLs or IP addresses involved
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, headers)
  • Date and time the abuse was observed

Copyright claims

If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to abuse@mapledeploy.ca. Under Canadian copyright law, we will forward your notice to the account holder. Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If you are a MapleDeploy customer and believe a copyright notice was sent in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Contact us at abuse@mapledeploy.ca for instructions.

What happens after you report

  1. We acknowledge receipt as soon as possible
  2. We investigate the report and assess the claims
  3. If substantiated, we take appropriate action based on severity, which may include warnings, content removal, server suspension, or account termination
  4. We notify you of the outcome where appropriate

  • Spam or phishing
  • Malware distribution
  • Copyright infringement
  • Illegal content
  • Attacks on third parties (DDoS, port scanning)
  • Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
