Report abuse
MapleDeploy takes abuse, copyright infringement, and illegal activity seriously. If you believe a server hosted on our platform is being used for abusive purposes, please report it using the information below.

How to submit a report
Send an email to abuse@mapledeploy.ca with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Description of the alleged abuse
- URLs or IP addresses involved
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, headers)
- Date and time the abuse was observed
Copyright claims
If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to abuse@mapledeploy.ca. Under Canadian copyright law, we will forward your notice to the account holder. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
If you are a MapleDeploy customer and believe a copyright notice was sent in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Contact us at abuse@mapledeploy.ca for instructions.
What happens after you report
- We acknowledge receipt as soon as possible
- We investigate the report and assess the claims
- If substantiated, we take appropriate action based on severity, which may include warnings, content removal, server suspension, or account termination
- We notify you of the outcome where appropriate
Types of abuse we act on
- Spam or phishing
- Malware distribution
- Copyright infringement
- Illegal content
- Attacks on third parties (DDoS, port scanning)
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
