## Infrastructure

All customer application data, databases, and server configurations are hosted on **LunaNode Hosting Inc.**, a privately held Canadian corporation headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Ancillary services (payment processing, uptime monitoring) involve providers in other jurisdictions. ## Why this matters

Canadian ownership and infrastructure means:

- **No US parent company or US subsidiary**, meaning MapleDeploy is not directly subject to US CLOUD Act compulsion. Data access requests from foreign governments must go through Canadian legal channels.
- **Subject to Canadian law** as our primary legal framework, including PIPEDA and provincial privacy legislation. Data is subject to Canadian lawful access mechanisms (not foreign ones).
- **Meets Canadian ownership and data residency criteria** that may be required or preferred in federal and provincial procurement frameworks, including the Treasury Board's Direction on Electronic Data Residency
- **No foreign investor obligations** that could conflict with customer privacy commitments
